We’re getting closer to spring and summer when it’s easier to host outside so let me show you some easy small bites so you can be ready to host the next gathering!

I’ll show you how to create simple Caprese Bites, Roasted Yam Rounds topped with Goat Cheese, Pecans and Balsamic Glaze and Caramelized Onion, Pear & Gruyere Puff Pastries.

These cooking class dinners are completely hands on with everyone helping to create the dinner. We’ll have space and time not just to cook but also to enjoy an evening around our farm table.

You’ll leave the evening with all of the recipes to recreate this meal - and believe me you’ll LOVE creating your own small bite feast. We’re going to have such fun sampling and trying all of the things.

What will you need?

• hands ready to chop veggies & wash dishes ;)

• if you have a favorite apron, bring it!

• your favorite beverage. Guests are invited to bring a beverage to share

• all food, recipes, dishes and kitchen tools will be provided
