Pie Making Tutorial : learn all of the tricks to making fool proof flakey pie crust!

Come learn all-things-pie making from Kelly Welk of Ciderpress Lane. In this demonstration style class Kelly will show you the tricks she uses to make the easiest fool-proof pie crust. Then she'll dive into how she uses the pie crust for sweet and savory galettes, single shell and double shell pies. While you sip steaming mugs of coffee or goblets filled with sparkly spritzers and enjoy Kelly's delicious hand made caramel apple galettes, you'll learn everything you need to know to make your own pies.
